With shorter days and falling temperatures, it’s easy to feel more lethargic and find it harder to concentrate during the winter. Give Your Skin Some Love

Winter can take its toll on your skin. Dry, dull-looking skin is a common complaint at this time of year but with the right care, you can keep your skin looking healthy and gorgeous. And that’s pretty much guaranteed to give you a mood boost.

If your skin is feeling the harsh effects of winter, skincare products that contain soothing and moisturizing ingredients are an absolute must.

Making sure the bulk of your winter diet consists of healthy, nutritious vegetables and healthy carbs such as whole grains, potatoes, and sweet potatoes is really important for balancing your mood in winter.

Having a ritual can give you something to look forward to, especially when it gets dark early and the weather is miserable. 

A mug of hot chocolate is warming and comforting on cold, damp nights — and if it’s rich in cocoa, it’s also heart-healthy!
