Natural Wellness Box is a small UK business which launched in January 2018. Our aim is to help you to achieve complete natural wellbeing by delivering a bi-monthly subscription box directly to your door. We select at least 5 natural, cruelty free, vegan friendly health, wellness and beauty products from a variety of established, artisan and upcoming brands. This way, you get to try out a great variety of products and try something new from the world of wellness and beauty.

What’s inside each box?

In each box you will receive at least 5-7 natural, vegan friendly, cruelty free health, beauty and wellness products. Products will be full size items from well known brands and smaller artisans. You could receive superfood and health supplements, herbal teas, healthy snacks, natural beauty and skincare.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a box is just £35 every other month if you subscribe or £37 for a one off box. We offer discounts for prepaying for a 6 month or 12 month subscription. You can also have a box delivered to someone as a gift, or have a gift voucher sent to you to give as a gift. We offer free postage within the U.K. so there are no extra costs added at checkout.

How does payment work?

We are a bi- monthly subscription box so payment will taken when you subscribe, then you will be billed accordingly on or around the first every other month, every 6 months or every 12 months. If you subscribe or order after a box has just sold out, you will be sent the next available box. We always strive to update our website clearly so that you know which box you will receive.

​How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?

​We offer FREE DELIVERY within the UK and £9.95 to Europe.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes- delivery to Europe is £9.95, unfortunately we do not deliver to USA due to customs restrictions with food and drink.

How can I cancel my subscription and/or receive a refund?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions. If you are ever unhappy about anything you receive, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will take the time to listen to you. 

In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have shipped. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment, which is around the 15th of the month. If you purchase a prepay subscription and would like a refund, please email us and we will be happy to help with this.
