Natural Wellness Box is a small UK female led business which launched in January 2018. Our aim is to help you to achieve complete natural wellbeing from the inside out and to create the ultimate wellbeing experience with our luxe exclusive collections.

What’s inside each box?

In each box you will receive at least 5-7 natural, vegan friendly, cruelty free health, beauty and wellness products. Products will be specially selected from luxe indie well known and up and coming brands. Each box contains a themed collection of beauty, wellness and health products.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a box if you subscribe is just £38 every other month, or £42 for a one off box. We offer discounts for a 6 or 12 month subscription. You can also have a box delivered to someone as a gift. We offer free postage within the U.K. so there are no extra costs added at checkout.

​How does payment work?

​We are a bi- monthly subscription box so payment will taken when you subscribe, then you will be billed accordingly on or around the 1st every other month (the month of the next collection), or every 6 months or 12 months depending on your subscription. If you subscribe or order after a box that has just sold out, you will be sent the next available box. We always strive to update our website clearly so that you know which box you will receive. 

When will I receive my box?

Boxes are released on the 18th every other month - January, March, May, July, Spetember & November. You will receive the next available box which is clearly stated on the website. For example if you subscribe in February, you will receive the next box which is in March.

​How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?

​We offer free delivery within the UK. Our boxes are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Shipping to Europe is £12.95 and sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You may be charged extra charges from customs to receive your parcel. Unfortunately we don't ship to the USA or Rest Of The World

How can I cancel my subscription and/or receive a refund?

You can cancel your subscription by accessing your account and managing your subscriptions. You will receive a link to manage your account in the email sent to you  when you purchased your subscription or you can email us and we can help. If you are ever unhappy about anything you receive, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will take the time to listen to you. 

In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your box has been shipped. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment, which is around the 18th of the month. If you purchase a prepay subscription and would like a refund, please email us and we will be happy to help with this.

If you would like a refund after your box arrives, you can send the box back to us with products unopened at your cost and a refund will then be processed. 

I would like to feature one of my products in your box, how can I do this?

We love discovering new exciting brands and products within the health and beauty industry - whether you are established, new, small and large, we would love to hear from you. Email info@naturalwellnessbox.co.uk. Due to a large volume of emails, we will only reply if we feel your product is suitable for our boxes.
